Roger is currently the SYSPRO Product Operations Manager, and is based in Corporate Product Management. He joined SYSPRO 2 years ago as the Business Analyst: Manufacturing.
Roger has over 25 years’ experience in the Operations Management and Operations Improvement fields. He has lived and worked in many countries around the world, leading teams in numerous industries, from R&D in the aeronautics industry through the glass, wood, food and packaging industries. In his last role, as Divisional Quality Manager for Africa’s largest packaging business, he was part of the team spearheading the growth of the African and European businesses.
He is very passionate about Continuous Improvement, especially Lean Manufacturing, and had his own consultancy specialising in improving FMCG operations across Africa.
Roger is a Professional Engineer, and holds an MBA focussed on Operations Management.
