As the CRM Product Manager I advise customers and direct my team on best practices for business processes, user interface, system design, workflows, integration, security, and end user acceptance of CRM. My responsibilities include managing the development, consulting, and technical support teams to ensure the timely delivery of customized solutions of the CRM for SYSPRO product. It is my goal to continue to provide a seamless CRM solution that gives manufacturers a tool to simplify their Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service business processes.
